We are proud to announce that for the second year in a row Swinerton and HMH projects were honored in ENR Construction’s Annual Best Projects Awards! These awards recognize the best construction projects and the companies that design and build them. Projects compete in 18 specialized categories, ranging from civil/infrastructure to green building and are judged on a number of criteria including safety, innovation, and overcoming challenges/teamwork.
With four of our projects finishing at the top of a very competitive field, congratulations are in order to everyone involved on these projects that made them a success in the first place:
Best Multi-Family Residential/Hospitality Project: Four Seasons Hotel & Private Residences, ENR Mountain States
Best Healthcare Project: Kaiser Permanente Santa Rosa Hospital Campus Expansion, ENR California
Green Building Award of Merit: NASA Ames Research Center Sustainability Base, ENR California
Specialty Contracting Award of Merit: Kaiser La Mesa Solar, ENR California
